キャンセル料について
【対象】コース料理のご予約
※コースをご予約のお客様は、ご利用日の 3 日前までに人数の確定をお願いいたします。
店舗が通常営業可能な状況においては、お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合、
理由の如何を問わずキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
キャンセル料の発生条件
コース予約のキャンセルにつきましては、以下の通りキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
・ご利用日 2 日前：ご予約金額の 30％
・ご利用日 1 日前：ご予約金額の 50％
・当日キャンセル：ご予約金額の 100％
・無断キャンセル：ご予約金額の 100％
※例：10 日ご予約の場合、7日 23:59 までのキャンセル受付分は
キャンセル料の対象外となります。
人数変更について
・1〜2 名様までの増減
→前日までに店舗へご連絡いただければ、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。
→当日の人数減に関しましてはキャンセル料の対象となります。
・3 名様以上の減員
→キャンセル扱いとなり、キャンセル料の対象となります。
＜キャンセル料算出例＞
飲み放題付き 6,000 円コース
20 名様 → 17 名様へ変更（3 名様減）
2 日前：6,000 円 × 3 名 × 30％ ＝ 5,400 円
1 日前：6,000 円 × 3 名 × 50％ ＝ 9,000 円
当 日：6,000 円 × 3 名 × 100％＝ 18,000 円
無断キャンセル・連絡不通について
ご連絡が取れない場合、または当店からの連絡を悪質に無視された場合につき
ましては、顧問弁護士と協議の上、法的措置を含む対応を取らせていただく場合がございます。
キャンセル受付方法について
コースのキャンセルは、当店指定のキャンセルフォームからのみ受付いたします。
※お電話でのキャンセル受付は、「連絡の有無」に関するトラブル防止のため、
一切お受けしておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。
お支払い方法
店舗での現金もしくはクレジット決済。または、振り込みも対応可能です。
ご予約自体をキャンセルされる場合（人数が 0 になる）
キャンセル受付フォームより送信してください。それ以外の増減（人数が 0 にならない）に関しましては、
ご予約店舗までお電話にてご連絡をお願いいたします。
上記の対象は「コース料理のご予約」のお客様です。
※「お席のみ」「単品飲み放題」をご予約されたお客様の人数変更・キャンセルは、
ご予約店舗までお電話にてご連絡をお願いいたします
