This is a reservation service for restaurants under the Jiraiya Group.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit.
 

Refunds and Cancellations:
Deposits for confirmed reservations are non-refundable in principle.
If canceled at least 72 hours before the reservation time, a cancellation fee of 300 JPY per person will be charged.
 

• Cancellation more than 72 hours before reservation: Deposit will be refunded minus 300 JPY per person

• Cancellation within 72 hours of reservation: No refund

• Cancellations due to restaurant circumstances: Full refund
