Born in Aomori City in 1992.
In 2009, at the age of 17, he opened an izakaya restaurant on Jozenji-dori in Sendai.
In 2011, he returned to his hometown of Aomori after the Great East Japan Earthquake and established Ishi to Sakana Jiraiya (first store).
W&W Co., Ltd. was established in 2015.
Winner of the 2018 Izakaya Koshien Tohoku Tournament.
He works hard every day to improve the status and working conditions of food and beverage workers.
