● Part-time job (hall/kitchen staff)
Hourly wage: 990 yen (after 10 p.m., night shift allowance 25% 1,238 yen)
High school students: Shift work between 17:00 and 22:00 University students: Shift work between 18:00 and 24:00 Freeter: Shift work between 15:00 and 25:00
Delicious meals provided (free of charge) Uniform provided Shifts are created that prioritize studies and personal life.

●Full-time employee (hall, kitchen staff)
Salary: 244,000 to 350,000 yen (including overtime allowance)
*There is no training period.
Bonus Year: Once (September)
FY2023 actual amount: 150,000 to 1,000,000 yen (average approx. 500,000 yen)
Salary increase record: once a year, 8,000 to 20,000 yen Holidays: 7 days off per month, additional paid holidays recommended.
Hours: 15:00-25:30, 1 hour break, 9 hours average work day including overtime, Welfare: Social insurance, labor insurance, retirement benefits, leave system, uniform provided, free meals, car commuting allowed (free parking)
Company trip (2 nights, 3 days in Okinawa for 2 consecutive years in 2023 and 2024)
Outside the prefecture restaurant study tour joining bonus: 50,000 yen paid for three months of continuous employment.
